Albert Einstein said, "Wisdom is not a product of schooling, but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it." Professional consultation is the ongoing pursuit of knowledge in order to build and develop one's skills.

Abbie is available for individual or group consultation. Colleague consultations are typically scheduled on Fridays from 3:30-5:30pm EST, though there is some flexibility. My individual consultation rate is $100 per hour.

Referral Letters

Abbie typically does not offer individual consultation or training on the "101" of referral letters or assessments to access gender affirming medical care. Additionally, they do not offer training on the "101" of mental health care for transgender and gender diverse clients. Consultees are recommended to receive all training about gender diversity from those of lived experience, whenever possible. 

For all letter writing and assessment consultations, Abbie requires consultees first complete some form of training for letter writing and assessment prior to consultation. The following are a list of some trainings available.

Training

Abbie is available to provide trainings to groups of a variety of sizes on topics related to gender, sexuality, and knowledgeable care. Trainings are available to be scheduled on Mondays and Fridays with advanced noticed. Pre-prepared and custom trainings are available.
