No account is required to access the full contents of this Website. Individuals with established therapeutic relationships will be referred to the Client Portal, with it's own set of Terms and Privacy Policy.
Access to the Website and content contained therein, completion and submission of the Services Interest Form, or contacting us by any method does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established after all intake forms are completed and an intake appointment has occured, wherein we have provided assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or agreed to provide ongoing care.
